The terms and conditions set out below are to be applied to the use of this website. By using this website, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. If you do not agree to be bound by these terms and conditions, you may not use this website.

In these terms and conditions, the expressions "I", "me" and "my" or "we", "us" and "our" are a reference to 'Seidraum’ (operated by Anna Sorz-Nechay)

1. Contract Language

The contract language is English or German.

2. Establishment of contract

A Customer’s order is an offer. A contract is established by our e-mail agreement to a Customer’s order, which after two (2) days becomes binding on the Customer. The Customer will be advised of date of receipt of an order. Any legal right of withdrawal remains unaffected.

3. Prices and Payment

No VAT charged in accordance with § 6 para. 1 no. 27 Austrian VAT Act (small business exemption).

The Customer is responsible for all import and export costs, postage, customs fees, and other extra charges.

Payment to be made in full by Credit Card or Bank Transfer. Other forms of payment are accepted only by mutual agreement. Goods will be shipped upon receipt of Customer’s full payment.

4. Shipment

We ship within 5-20 days of our confirmation of an order. Delivery costs and charges of an order are stated in the online shop. In the event of ordered goods becoming unavailable the Customer will be immediately informed, in which case the order will be cancelled automatically.

5. Advertising

Advertising, including special offers will be e-mailed to the Customer who has the right to cancel such advertising and notice of special offers.

6. Changes to Terms and Conditions 

We reserve the right to alter and change these terms and conditions occasionally. Changes to the terms and conditions will be effective immediately upon publication on this website. Your continued use of the website following such publication will represent an agreement by you to be bound by the terms and conditions as amended. It is your responsibility to be aware of these terms and conditions as they may be altered.

7. Your Obligations

You must ensure that your access to this website is not illegal or prohibited by laws which apply to you.

You must take your own precautions to ensure that the process which you employ for accessing this website does not expose you to the risk of viruses, malicious computer code or other forms of interference which may damage your own computer system.
